The Obsidian Blazer
The shoulder seam sits 3mm past the natural shoulder point. Not because it looks bigger — because it holds its architecture through a full day of movement. This is a blazer you can lean forward in.
- Double-canvas construction, no fusible interfacing
- Jetted pockets cut on the bias — they stay flat
- Lining drops 4cm below hem for clean drape

Every pattern at Drape is drafted from scratch at each size. We don't grade up from a size 10 and hope for the best. A size 28 blazer has a different dart structure, a different sleeve pitch, a different back panel. It took us two years to get it right.
The Jersey Wrap
Jersey with a 4-way stretch and 220gsm weight — heavy enough to move with you, not against you. The wrap closes with a hidden interior snap so it stays exactly where you put it.
- Pockets: 19cm deep, 11cm wide. Your phone fits.
- Wrap closure reinforced with interior snap + tie
- Hem falls mid-calf — tested on heights 5'2" to 6'1"
- Hand-wash or delicate cycle. Air dry. This is not precious.

We are tired of decorative pockets. The Jersey Wrap has two side-seam pockets sized to hold a modern smartphone with a case on it, a card holder, and a tube of lip balm. We know because we tested it with exactly those items. Fashion should be functional without apologising for it.
The Velvet Column
Crushed velvet with a high pile that catches light differently at every angle. The column silhouette does not taper at the hem — it falls straight from the hip. This dress does not ask permission.
